Mena Alexandra Suvari (born February 13 1979) is a famous American actress fashion designer and model. After 1990, just after beginning her career as a model, Suvari started to appear in tv shows like Boy Meets World. The film debut came with the drama Nowhere which was which was released in 1997. Following her appearance of American Beauty (for which she received the BAFTA Award) and American Pie which attracted her more attention, she made her transition into major role. After that, she appeared as the lead for the role of a protagonist in Sugar & Spice (2000) with American Pie star Jason Biggs.
