Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. She started participating in fitness competitions at the age of 16, after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. Her Pro Card was only awarded one year later, when she was 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness competitions as a teenager. She won her Pro Card only one year later when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. When she was awarded her Pro Card, Ariel left for six years from the show to pursue her college education. In 2015, she came back to the stage to compete at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued after the initial event for a number of years, aiming for bigger and better goals every year. At the close of 2009, she was awarded four additional health titles. Additionally, her 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros in history. After earning her Pro Card Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competitive sports to finish her college degree. She made a comeback in the month of October, 2015 when she made her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish in third place. In June of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she competed onstage at the Olympia, where she took 6th in her Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel states that she was more than proud of the result. In light of the fact that she had to compete against best of the best. Ariel is always improving her body. Ariel enjoys working out on your lower back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pull-ups that are performed using a machine, and bent-over rows. The first step is warming up before going into exercises. Ariel is also very efficient when it comes to time management. How she does this is by supersetting her back exercises. Four or three supersets that have 10-12 reps are done.
